SLOW PIZZA - March 2004

Thank you Jeanette and John Egan for the beautiful and tasty event.

The pizza oven is heated with wood.	While waiting, we had a bean & shrimp salad.	Jeanette putting flowers from the garden on the tables.
The embers are emptied.	The dough is rolled out.	The list of toppings will fill up this page!
The pizza goes into the oven.	John taking a pizza out.	Voila! We made probably 15-20 pizzas.
