at Starr Pass. Welcome by Slow Food Tucson President Barry Infuso.
Antipasto, plus a dish (Timpani) especially recreated from the
film, "Big Night, " and wine.
Q&A discussion with chef/owner Melisa Kelly of Primo about her
Irish-Italian heritage and how her heritage became a guiding
force in her philosophy of food.

Q&A panel discussion with Chef Mary Sue Milliken (one of the
"Two Hot Tamales" who produced the food for the film),
Tucson's Chef/Owner Janos Wilder and two U of A Press authors
will focus on diverse regional cuisine of Mexico and the food
traditions and culture of the Mexican family in the U.S. & Mexico.

agriculture and use of traditional foods and methods.
Screening of feature documentary film short featuring Prince

as well as a new film short, "Five Feelings about Food." Remarks
by Tucson Mayor Bob Walkup. |
